Here at Priory we have a focus on courageous advocacy, in order to build social conscience and action. We develop children who flourish, are good citizens and are ready for the world of the future.

Children have the opportunity to stand for each of the advocate roles, preparing a manifesto outlining why they are best placed for the role. Elections then take place in Year 3 to Year 6 classes.

Advocate groups work to raise awareness, make whole school policy decision and lead events across the school, throughout the year. Year 6 senior advocates also attend and support with whole school events in and outside of the school day.

Our elected advocates proudly wear their coloured tie and pin badge to show the advocate group that they represent.

Our Key Stage 2 classes are named after courageous advocates who have inspired change and helped to make the world a better place, just as we aim to do at Priory.
