In our classrooms, we follow our school values TOGETHER – Trust, Optimism, Gratitude, Enthusiasm, Thoughtfulness, Honesty, Enjoyment, and Respect – and use them every day as we learn, play, and grow. This page gives you information about our curriculum, trips and special events. Our goal is for every child to flourish and be the best that they can be, developing confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning in a safe and happy environment.
PE Day: Tuesday
Please ensure that if your child has earrings, they are removed for PE days. Children are required to always have their PE kit in school, and it will be sent home at the end of the half term.
Numbots: 10 minutes per week minimum. This helps with your basic maths skills and is super fun.
Reading: We advise that you read with your child every night or your child reads their book for pleasure. Please fill in the reading diary with a comment and sign it.
Spelling Shed: 10 games per week. We welcome you practicing your spellings written too, alongside the app learning.
We have three fantastic trips:
- Sudbury Childhood Museum- we explore toys from the past and have lots of fun with our friends.
- Brampton- we have a Florence Nightingale experience and a chance to explore the past.
- New Brighton Beach- we have a fabulous time exploring the seaside with chips and ice-cream! Yummy!
